Deeper Global 2025?
We are offering multiple Conference ticket options;
$259 Regular Admission - Includes General Conference seating & access to the entire Conference.
$399 Deeper Global Partners Package—Includes Preferred Seating during the conference, Exclusive Partners Luncheon, Access to Partners Lounge, Video on Demand, and Conference Gift Bundle.
How do I pay
for my ticket?
Registrations for all conference events at our registration page Deeper Global Conference. For your convenience, we’re offering multiple payment options, allowing you to choose flexible payment plans like AfterPay, CashApp, ACH, and Apple/Google Wallet.
When will I
receive my ticket?
You will receive an e-ticket immediately after registering for the conference.
What is our
refund policy?
All registration sales are final unless due to travel or a medical emergency,
in which case all refunds will be accessed on a case-by-case basis.
Can tickets
be transferred?
Attendees seeking to transfer tickets to another person are encouraged
to contact us at conference@deeperfellowshipchurch.org by July 15, 2025.
Are we offering a
conference hotel?
Yes, we are! Book through us at this link for a special rate at Hilton Buena Vista Palace, 1900 E Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Florida—an official Walt Disney World Property! It is just a few steps from Disney Springs and a few miles from Magic Kingdom.

Where can I park if I decide
to stay at an off-site hotel?
Parking is available at the conference location for $35 (plus tax) per day. Valet parking is also available for $45 (plus tax) daily. It is important to note that in-and-out privileges are only for overnight guests.
Are we offering group
rates for the conference?
Unfortunately, we are not offering group rates for this year’s conference.
What is the attire?
COME COMFORTABLE. Also, take advantage of getting
t-shirts and other conference merchandise from the Deeper Global Store©.
Will childcare be provided?
Unfortunately, we will not be facilitating childcare during the conference. Each registration represents one seat (one badge) for all three conference days. Because of this,
lap-sitting is permitted. Due to space constraints, strollers can not be allowed.
